This is a day of tracking nutrition in the private website I have built my friend/subject. They are able to track total calories, and how each macro nutrient is divided up. This is personalized so each goal is specifically built out for them, this subject wants to loose weight so I made a code that would put the nutrients out of a total amount to see if they reached their goals or not!

This is an example of a workout I have built for one of my subjects. It highlights the type of exercise, what it is, how many repetitions, how many sets, and a physical how to video that they can access from their phone!!
